All Clothing Shops in Pokémon Legends: Z‑A — Where to Buy Outfits, Prices, and a Hidden Ice Stone

If you want to change up your look in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Lumiose City has five main shopping areas that sell all the clothing and accessories in the game. Below I list each mall, where it sits in the city, and the typical price ranges so you can plan which shops to visit first.
Passage du Palais
Located in the northern part of Lumiose City, next to the Rouge Pokémon Center and Wild Zone 4, Passage du Palais is the best place for early-game, budget-friendly outfits. During the side-mission tutorial you visit here, so it’s easy to find.
Most items in this area cost under $5,000, and the selection leans toward casual, athleisure, and lightly dressy pieces. In short: affordable basics and a few nicer items without breaking the bank.
Passage de la Félicité
Passage de la Félicité sits southwest of Bleu Plaza. The shops here skew casual with hoodies, puffer vests, patterned jackets, and more adventurous prints.
Prices are slightly higher than the Palace Passage: most items are around $6,000 or more. However, you can still find some pants and accessories for less.
Promenade du Vent
The Promenade du Vent runs along Vernal Avenue and is an outdoor shopping stretch with diverse shops. You can pick up biker jackets, plaid skirts, heavy boots, pleated formal skirts, suit vests, and sweater shirts here.
Expect higher prices overall: tops and bottoms commonly cost around $8,000. Also, the Stone Emporium sits nearby, and the research lab is at the end of the street if you need to speak with Mable.
Passage Ombragé
West of the Looker Bureau, Passage Ombragé offers slightly more formal clothing: button-down shirts, coats, posh sweaters, and evening-style jumpsuits are common.
Prices here are higher still, with most tops and bottoms running about $9,000. In addition, there is an Ice Stone on the roof of this district that you can collect to evolve Eevee into Glaceon.
Galerie de la Lune
Galerie de la Lune sits next to the Centrico Plaza Pokémon Center. It has the most eclectic selection: trench coats, colorful jumpsuits, sweaters, and other varied pieces.
This is one of the priciest locations in the city. On average, expect to pay around $50,000 for most clothing items, though satchels and small accessories are less expensive.
