What exactly is Blitz Royale in Fortnite?
Blitz Royale is a super-fast, Zero Build mode where 32 players face off on a mini-map packed with classic locations like Pleasant Park and Retail Row. Unlike standard Battle Royale, matches here last five minutes or less — perfect for gaming on the go or squeezing in a quick match between classes.
The mode is “made for mobile,” but don’t worry — you can play it on any platform. You can jump in solo, with a duo, or as a squad, and everyone starts with the same medallion or unique weapon to get straight into the action.
Blitz Level: The new way to power up
To keep things moving, Blitz Royale introduces a Blitz Level system. The more opponents you eliminate and the longer you survive the storm, the higher your Blitz Level goes.
