Chocobo Bundle Lands: New Final Fantasy Cards Hit Magic on Dec. 5 — Preorders Live
Wizards of the Coast announced more Final Fantasy-themed Magic: The Gathering products during the MagicCon Atlanta 2025 preview panel, with pre-orders available now and everything due to release on Dec. 5. This drop includes a new Chocobo Bundle, a Final Fantasy commander bundle (with a digital FF7 code), and four scene boxes that form six-card artworks.

Chocobo Bundle
The Chocobo Bundle collects reprints from the Final Fantasy set with brand-new chocobo-themed art and some cards that were previously only in preconstructed decks. Each bundle contains a mix of boosters, lands, promos and collectible pieces, specifically:
- 10 Magic: The Gathering—FINAL FANTASY Play Boosters
- 32 FINAL FANTASY landmark basic lands
- 16 Non-foil FINAL FANTASY landmark basic lands
- 16 Traditional foil FINAL FANTASY landmark basic lands
- 10 Chocobo track foil basic lands
- 2 of 20 Chocobo track foil borderless Chocobo Bundle cards
- 1 Traditional foil promo card
- Birds of Paradise reimagined as “Paradise Chocobo”
- 1 of 24 Non-foil cards from the FINAL FANTASY Scene Boxes
- 1 Chocobo-themed click wheel
The bundle is sold as a packaged product and aims at collectors who want the themed lands and promo cards. It is priced at $109.99.
Commander bundles and other bundles
Wizards is also offering a Final Fantasy Commander Bundle tied to the Limit Break precon, and separate commander decks. Notably, the Final Fantasy 7 Commander Deck – Game Edition includes a digital download code for the original Final Fantasy 7 on Windows PC. Prices for the commander products vary depending on edition.

Final Fantasy Scene Boxes
There are four new Scene Boxes, each focused on a specific Final Fantasy title. Each box includes six cards that together form a single piece of artwork. Collectors can mix and match or complete the full six-card scene.
Final Fantasy (original) Scene Box
The Final Fantasy scene box contains six cards that form art tied to the earliest game in the series. Included card titles are: Chaos Shrine’s Black Crystal, Garland — Royal Kidnapper, and the five “Destined” character cards: Black Mage, Thief, Warrior, White Mage.

Final Fantasy IX Scene Box
The Final Fantasy IX box contains six cards, including art linked to key characters and spells: Amarant — Coral, Brilliant Wings, Judgment of Alexander, Mega Flare, Search for Dagger, and Vivi’s Persistence.
Final Fantasy VIII Scene Box
The Final Fantasy VIII scene set includes character and moment pieces: Duelist’s Flame, Edea — Possessed Sorceress, Fated Clash, Rinoa — Angel Wing, Seifer — Balamb Rival, and Squall — Gunblade Duelist.
Final Fantasy XV Scene Box
The Final Fantasy XV box features lifestyle and character cards such as Campsite Cuisine, Chocobo Camp, Fishing Gear, Flash Photography, Noctis — Heir Apparent, and Warrior’s Resolve.
