Chapter 3 – Pizzu (customs yard)

On a table in the customs yard; after passing through the gate, sneak to the far left corner to find it.

After the bandit fight, enter the hut and leave through the back door. The Trinacria is visible above the door in the small courtyard when looking back toward the hut.

Before entering the large cave area, go to the two tents and campfire at the cliff edge. It’s on the rock wall above the cave entrance (upper-left).

In the large warehouse while finding the foreman’s office. Instead of heading straight to the objective, take the eastern exit and look at the stone wall behind the red Spadaro crate.

Chapter 11 – Mattanza (doorway during escape)

While escaping with Don Torrisi, pass through a door then meet Leo and search for the sniper nest. The Trinacria is above that door.

Chapter 12 – La Forza del Destino (guarded room)

When trying to reach the royal box, enter the large room full of guards; the Trinacria is on the left side of that room.

While chasing Don Spadaro through the sewers, you’ll see a warm-lit tunnel on your left. Do not turn into that tunnel; instead walk straight then right to find the Trinacria.
