What season 2 will pick up

Season 2 continues the storyline from season 1. To summarize the concrete facts: Lucy MacLean (Ella Purnell) spent season 1 searching for her missing father, Overseer Hank MacLean (Kyle MacLachlan), after a disastrous wedding and the uncovering of Vault 33’s secrets. Along the way, she teamed up with the Ghoul (Walton Goggins) and crossed paths with Maximus (Aaron Moten) of the Brotherhood of Steel. Season 1 revealed that Vault-Tec used Vault 33 for a breeding program intended to create “super managers.” At the end of season 1, Hank escaped in Maximus’s power armor and headed toward New Vegas.

Jonathan Nolan’s adaptation of the Bethesda-owned Fallout franchise continues to lead the project. The main cast returning for season 2 includes Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, and Aaron Moten. Additionally, Prime Video has confirmed a season 3 after season 2.
