Extra 24 Hours! Black Ops 7 Beta Extended with Double XP and New Toshin Map

The Black Ops 7 beta has been extended by 24 hours, and Treyarch has added a new map while enabling double XP for the remainder of the test. Players now have a little more time to try the new content before the beta ends.
Beta extension
Originally, the Black Ops 7 beta was scheduled to finish at 10 a.m. PDT on Wednesday. However, Treyarch has pushed that deadline back by 24 hours, meaning players now have until 10 a.m. PDT on Thursday to play.
Double XP and Weapon XP
To encourage more play during the extra time, Treyarch has permanently enabled double XP until the end of the beta. This also includes 2x Weapon XP, so everyone can progress faster toward the beta’s level 30 cap and unlock the items available in this test.
New map: Toshin
A sixth and final map, called Toshin, has been added for the final 48-hour window. Toshin is set in a downtown Japanese shopping district and features a wrecked monorail and lots of illuminated advertising boards — a brightly lit, tight urban environment for matches.

Other beta updates
Earlier in the beta, Treyarch added Blackheart, a small map set on a nautical drilling platform with a central chokepoint and a rotating platform in the indoor section. In addition, playlist options have been expanded: Open Search & Destroy and Hardcore Moshpit were added, following Open Moshpit being added the previous day.
What comes after the beta
After the beta ends, players will return to Black Ops 6. Treyarch notes that Season 6 will begin shortly after the beta concludes, with “Halloween fun just around the corner.” For the full list of beta changes and official notes, read more on the official Call of Duty blog.
