New images highlight New Vegas
Prime Video released a set of first-look images for Fallout season 2. The photos include shots that show the Mojave Wasteland and cityscapes that relate to New Vegas. In particular, one image shows Cooper Howard (the pre-post-apocalyptic version of The Ghoul) in a car with a window reflection that appears to show the Lucky 38 Resort and Casino.
Cast and recent plot points
The series is based on the Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Game Studios franchise. Season one follows *Lucy MacLean* (played by Ella Purnell) as she leaves Vault 33 after an attack to rescue her kidnapped father, *Overseer Hank* (played by Kyle MacLachlan). She travels through the Mojave Wasteland with allies including *Maximus* (Aaaron Moten) of the Brotherhood of Steel, and *the Ghoul* (Walton Goggins), a bounty hunter.
Season one ended with the discovery of Hank’s whereabouts and details about his kidnapping. Afterwards, *Hank escapes in Maximus’ Power Armor and heads toward New Vegas*, which is shown in the new images.
About New Vegas
New Vegas is the city featured in the video game Fallout: New Vegas. The Lucky 38 Resort and Casino is a known location in that game, and the new images include what looks like a reflection of that casino on a car window.
