Finally — Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Gets a Deluxe Blu-ray Box Set; Pre-Order the Exclusive Crunchyroll Edition Now
Good news for fans: Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is getting its first North American Blu-ray release, and pre-orders are open now. The three-disc Complete Blu-ray Box Set from Aniplex of America lands on Oct. 28, and it’s being sold exclusively through the Crunchyroll Store for $123.98.

The set is a three-disc Complete Blu-ray Box Set produced by Aniplex of America. It’s scheduled to ship on Oct. 28, and the listed price is $123.98. Because the series originally debuted on Netflix, this physical release is notable — streaming-first shows don’t always get Blu-ray editions.
What’s in the box
This collector’s edition includes several extras aimed at fans and collectors. Notably, it features an exclusive illustrated cover by character designer and animation director Yoh Yoshinari.
Included items are:
- a booklet,
- a storyboard booklet of the final episode by director Hiroyuki Imaishi,
- three animation character cel sheets, and
- a 2nd anniversary poster.
About the show
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners follows David Martinez, a young resident of Night City who becomes an edgerunner after a personal tragedy. The series looks at the physical and emotional costs of pushing limits, and the search for fame in a world driven by greed.
It was produced in collaboration with developer CD Projekt Red and animation studio TRIGGER, and it won Anime of the Year at the 2023 Crunchyroll Anime Awards.
Season 2 and cast notes
Season 2 was announced earlier this year at Anime Expo. Voice actor Zack Aguilar, who plays David, spoke about meeting the team and his hopes to return in some capacity.
He said, “I [could never] see anybody else playing David other than you,” and later added, “I would love to return, maybe as a flashback, a cameo, just anything, really. I love that universe, I love the team, the writing’s fantastic, it’s gorgeous, I mean, I wanna be a part of cool stuff, and that’s what they make, is cool stuff.”
