There are eight craftmetal pieces scattered through Silksong. Some are purchasable, while others are hidden behind secret passages or require specific abilities. Also, several of the best tools — including ones sold by the Twelfth Architect in the Underworks — need craftmetal plus rosary beads to buy.

Bone Bottom craftmetal
In Bone Bottom you can simply buy a chunk of craftmetal. Visit Pebb, the merchant beside the Bellway station, and you can pick up one for 60 rosary beads. That’s the easiest way to grab one without exploring any tricky rooms.
The Marrow craftmetal
Head to the chamber shown above. Destroy the glowing spot on the wall under the red flowers to open a small passage. Then follow the tunnel to the end — but be careful, because there’s a spike pit at the bottom. Collect the metal at the far end.
Deep Docks craftmetal
Enter Deep Docks via the lower Far Fields entrance. Instead of dropping to grab the spool fragment, go left and break the wooden supports under the platform. That clears a path into the next chamber where a chest holds the craftmetal. Note: a flying enemy that throws explosives may follow you in, so stay alert.
Blasted Steps craftmetal
This one is underground in a short tunnel system. Access it through the narrow shaft under the first bell in the final pogo challenge before reaching Last Judge. Use the Drifter’s Cloak to hover down safely, avoid the sand and Sandcarver worms, then make your way left to find the craftmetal.
Underworks craftmetal
To reach this area you’ll need to have defeated Trobbio and used the Whispering Vaults elevator into the Underworks, or enter via Whiteward. The craftmetal sits in the middle of a platforming route and is guarded by a few undercranks — large shelled enemies — so prepare for combat.
Also, because the route offers no easy return, the best time to take this metal is while getting the Clawline (it’s above the craftmetal room). If you’d rather avoid running the route again, open the pause menu and choose save and exit — you’ll restart at the last bench where you rested.
Songclave craftmetal
This piece is tied to the Songclave wishes. After you complete the “The Wandering Merchant” wish and find Jubilana, donate 500 rosary beads to activate the “Strengthening Songclave” wish. Rest, leave, and return; Jubilana will be missing.
Then accept “The Lost Merchant” wish on the Songclave board, locate Jubilana in Memorium, bring her back to Songclave, and she’ll sell you a chunk of craftmetal for 180 rosary beads.
Wisp Thicket craftmetal
To reach Wisp Thicket you need both the Clawline and the Faydown Cloak. Climb the tower next to the Halfway House, exit top left, then cross spikes to the left. Use the Faydown Cloak to double-jump into the vertical passage that leads into Wisp Thicket.
Once inside, unlock the bench first. Then return to the previous room, cross the spikes again, head left, and ignore or dash past a burning bug that fires homing fireballs. Deal with the wisp-spewing lanterns once you reach the water, hop up to the secret entrance at the top left, go right, and collect the craftmetal at the far end of the corridor.
Putrified Ducts craftmetal
This metal sits in the opposite direction from where you go for the “Broodfeast” quest. Enter Putrified Ducts, drop down the shaft outside the Bellway room, then go right. You’ll cross poison, face ductsuckers (giant enemies that vanish into the floor), and dodge grasping plants.
The next chamber is safer and has clean water. Climb the wall at the far end and look into the small alcove to find the craftmetal node.
