The new Ghost of Yōtei interactive map tracks every notable spot across Ezo, helping players find activities, vendors and collectibles while exploring Sucker Punch’s open-world samurai setting. It shows locations such as hot springs, shrines, vendor stalls and the well-hidden Ainu Findings, and the map is being updated as more secrets are discovered.
Overview
Ghost of Yōtei’s map covers the island region of Ezo and highlights player-facing points of interest. Specifically, the map marks activities like bamboo strikes and hot springs, vendors such as armorers and cartographers, and a wide range of collectibles from weapon skins to Ainu Findings. Furthermore, the map indicates areas that appear on the overall world but are not actually accessible outside of particular quests.

Below are some of the icon types used on the map to mark specific locations and activities.
Map contents
The map groups points of interest into clear categories so players can plan exploration efficiently. These categories include:
- Activities: Bamboo Strikes, Hot Springs, Pillars of the Fallen, Shrines, Sumi-e Paintings, Shamisen Songs, Altars of Reflection and Wolf Bond points.
- Vendors: Cartographers, Ainu merchants, Armorers and Bowyers for upgrades, cosmetics and bounties.
- Collectibles: Ainu Findings, weapon skins, costume pieces and puzzle boxes.
- Locations: Dye Houses, Onryo Gift Altars, Gambling Dens and Bounty Boards.
Additionally, the map shows occupied locations and other quest-specific sites, and it includes filters so you can hide or show groups of markers.
How to use the map
To use the map, open it and toggle the categories you want to see. Then, zoom and click individual markers for details such as vendor inventories or collectible descriptions. Because the map is maintained by active playthroughs, expect periodic updates when new hidden items or corrections are found.
