What’s leaving Game Pass (Sept. 30, 2025)
On September 30, 2025, the following titles will be removed from Xbox Game Pass:
- Ninja Gaiden Sigma — Cloud, Console, and PC
- Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 — Cloud, Console, and PC
- Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge — Cloud, Console, and PC
- Terra Invicta (Game Preview) — PC
These removals apply across the listed platforms, so check your Game Pass app or library for the exact status in your region.
How to keep these games after they leave
If you want to keep playing after they drop from the subscription, Game Pass members can get a discount when purchasing. Specifically, members can save up to 20% on games that leave the service.
However, note that discounts and availability depend on region and storefront. Therefore, if a title matters to you, consider buying before September 30 to lock it in.
Context: Ninja Gaiden timing and other 2025 releases
The three Ninja Gaiden titles listed above are ports of the rebooted mainline games and were included in the 2021 Master Collection. In addition, the series has shifted over time from side-scrolling action in its early days to a 3D, higher-difficulty approach in the rebooted entries.
Meanwhile, Ninja Gaiden 4 is scheduled as a direct sequel to the third game. Xbox Game Studios is publishing Ninja Gaiden 4, and it will be available on Game Pass on day one. Also this year, a remaster titled Ninja Gaiden 2 Black was released earlier, and Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound saw a summer release.
