Godzilla Teams With Knull to Wreck the Galaxy in Marvel’s Godzilla: Infinity Roar — Coming 2026

Godzilla is coming back to Marvel Comics — and this time he’s going to space. In 2026, Marvel and Toho International will publish Godzilla: Infinity Roar, a five-issue limited series that sends the King of the Monsters rampaging across the cosmos.
Godzilla in space
Marvel announced that Godzilla: Infinity Roar will be a five-issue limited run on sale in February 2026. The series follows Godzilla as he leaves a trail of destruction across the galaxy, with story material explicitly set beyond Earth.
Also, this project continues the partnership between Marvel Comics and Toho International, which previously produced the Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe limited series and the Godzilla Vs the Marvel Universe one-shots.
Creative team and release
The limited series is written by Gerry Duggan, with art by Javier Garrón and Ig Guara. The main cover for issue #1 is credited to Ken Lashley, with a variant by Josemaria Casanovas and a foil variant by David Marquez. The publisher lists the title as on sale in February 2026.
“The ideas that are in the mix now are going to make this the biggest, craziest and most dangerous Godzilla crossover ever. The Marvel Universe has never been in more peril! See you in space.” — Gerry Duggan
Threat and scope
The series will pair Godzilla with Knull, identified in Marvel materials as the God of Symbiotes and referred to as the King in Black. According to the official description, Knull will join Godzilla for “a new campaign for galactic conquest.”
Additionally, the description name-drops several cosmic domains that will be affected, including the Galactic Empire of Wakanda, the Sh’iar Empires, and Kree-Skrull space. The publisher frames the story as a galaxy-spanning threat that may force different corners of the Marvel cosmos to respond.
