The game casts you as Aidan, who uses the infamous puzzle box known as the Genesis Configuration to journey through the depths of Hell and the Hell on Earth. Your mission? The gameplay trailer showcases intense first-person combat against Hell’s minions and features iconic characters like Chatterer lurking in the shadows.

This announcement nods to previous Hellraiser appearances in gaming, like Pinhead’s role in Dead by Daylight and the canceled NES Hellraiser game. Clive Barker is no stranger to video games himself, having created worlds for titles like Clive Barker’s Undying and Clive Barker’s Jericho.
Boss Team Games, known for their work on Evil Dead: The Game and retro-style horror games based on Halloween and Ash vs. The Evil Dead, is handling development. Publisher Saber Interactive also brings experience from horror titles like A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, Evil Dead: The Game, and World War Z: Aftermath.
