DualSense controller support
Most notably, the update adds support for DualSense Edge controllers. This means players using Sony’s high-end PS5 controller family should now have native compatibility. Furthermore, the patch includes improved support for various controllers on Mac, which should help macOS players with different gamepads.
Controller behavior and automatic pause
Additionally, the game now automatically pauses when a controller disconnects. As a result, this prevents progress from being lost if a controller loses connection or a battery dies. The update also fixes several smaller controller issues, with the developer noting more fixes will come in future patches.
Bug fixes and gameplay tweaks
The update addresses a range of bugs and rare edge cases across world geometry, enemies, and item behavior. For example, Team Cherry fixed multiple situations that could let the player fall or be dragged out of bounds. Also, several boss and enemy encounter bugs were corrected, and some Silk Skill damage scaling and tool interactions were adjusted slightly.
