How to Get Divine Gifts and Fragments of Divine Gift

The first Divine Gift you can snag is by talking to Qiao Ying on the second floor of the Shu Sanctum. She’s right in front of the statue there. To get it, deliver the Peachwood Amulet, which you receive from her son in the Reverent Temple.

There are two more Divine Gifts in the Shu Sanctum area. One lies on the ground just to the left of the statue near Qiao Ying. The other is a bit trickier—you need to interact with the God of Shu’s statue outside the main building of the Shu Sanctum. It’s easy to spot thanks to its light-blue glow.

When you interact with this statue, a message will pop up telling you to pay your respects. Choose the Worship option and after the animation finishes, check the statue again to receive your Divine Gift.

For Fragments of Divine Gift, you have a couple of options. The cheaper route is to defeat your Inner Demon, who may drop a fragment upon defeat. Keep in mind, the drop is random, so you might need multiple fights.

If you have plenty of Red Mercury, you can buy Fragments from Tao Qing in the Shu Sanctum. He sells them for 500 Red Mercury each, but only after you hand him the Scenic Painting item. This painting drops from a specific enemy in Annalum.

To reach Annalum, face the God of Shu’s statue and explore the area to your left. From the Annalum shrine, climb the stairs and take a right. Follow the corridor until you spot a passage leading to a bridge. Cross it, and you’ll find the enemy that drops the Scenic Painting.

How to Offer Divine Gifts and Fragments of Divine Gift

To use these precious items, head inside the main building of Shu Sanctum and go upstairs. There, in front of an altar with a statue holding a staff, you’ll find Qiao Ying. If you have at least one point of Madness, interacting with this statue will bring up a menu where you can offer either a Divine Gift or a Fragment.

Offering a full Divine Gift completely removes your Madness. Using a Fragment, however, only cuts your Madness bar by about half. For example, if you have 57 Madness points, a Fragment will reduce it to around 3 points left.

Keep these tips in mind to stay sane and make your journey through Wuchang much smoother!
