Master the Missile Command Delta Briefing Room Puzzles with This Easy Step-by-Step Guide

Missile Command Delta throws some tricky puzzles at you right from the start, especially in the Briefing Room. If you’ve been scratching your head over the red projection, keypad, and bookcase buttons, here’s a straightforward guide to get you through both puzzles smoothly.
- How to tackle the Briefing Room bookcase puzzle
- Using the red projection and control panel effectively
- Finding and entering the keypad code hidden behind the missile schematic
- Rewards from completing the puzzles
Solving the Briefing Room Bookcase Puzzle
Once you meet Rahim and get the yellow keycard, head to the Briefing Room in the West Hall. Inside, you’ll see a red projection made up of arrows and circles. This is your main clue. Using the control panel on the table, you can adjust the projection’s size, rotation, and placement.
If you haven’t fiddled with the controls yet, here’s the quick setup:
- Press the purple button (size) once
- Press the orange button (placement) three times
To reset or fine-tune the projection, follow these steps:
- Green button (on/off): Make sure the projection is on
- Blue button (rotation): Rotate until the projection is horizontal with two red circles vertically aligned on the left
- Purple button (size): Maximize the size
- Orange button (placement): Aim the projection at the bookcase
When done right, the projection reveals hidden tiny buttons inside the red circles on the bookcase. Press these buttons in the order the red arrows point. Some buttons are hidden inside cabinet doors, so don’t forget to open those.
Pressing the buttons in the correct sequence will turn them green. If you hit a wrong button, it briefly turns red, and you’ll have to start again. Successfully completing this opens a hatch on the right side of the bookcase. Crawl through to grab two missile cards, which are definitely worth the effort.
Cracking the Briefing Room Keypad Puzzle
The keypad code isn’t visible on the missile schematic poster itself but hidden behind it. Walk up to the poster and look near the small handle at the bottom. You’ll get a prompt to remove it, revealing a set of numbers and letters.
Next, use the control panel again to adjust the red projection:
- Press the orange button to aim it at the newly revealed numbers and letters on the opposite wall
- Press the purple button until the projection is medium-sized
- Use the blue button to rotate so the projection encircles six numbers
Follow the numbers in the order of the arrows to get the keypad code:
3-5-8-8-7-5
Enter this code on the keypad, and you’ll unlock the final Briefing Room puzzle, earning a Silver Keycard. This keycard lets you access the Training Room in the East Hall, just past the Training Lounge.
With these tips, you’ll breeze through the Briefing Room puzzles in Missile Command Delta. Good luck unlocking those doors and getting ready for what’s next!
