For the week of Sept. 25 through Oct. 2, the Black Market Vending Machine is in the Grindstone of the Worthy area of the Carcadia Burn. To reach it quickly, fast travel to the Rustical Hurl Silo and head north. Follow the path uphill until you see a house with a large sphere on top; enter that building to find Maurice’s machine.
Remember that the machine’s location changes after the weekly reset. Therefore, check for it again after the reset if you missed it. Also, the machine’s map icon only appears when you are nearby, so approach the areas where it usually spawns and scan the map for the icon.

Maurice’s machine sells only legendary guns and ordnance. Items are expensive, so expect high prices. You can buy as many items as you can afford, and you may even buy duplicates.
In addition, the vendor is usable by multiple characters. If you own more than one Vault Hunter, each character can buy from the machine; purchases by one character do not lock out others. Meanwhile, the machine goes on a cooldown about 30 minutes after you leave its menu, regardless of whether you bought anything.
