Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine is a weekly legendary-only vendor in Borderlands 4. It moves locations after the game’s weekly reset, shows up on the map only when you get close, and offers a rotating selection of expensive legendary guns and ordnance.

For the week of Sept. 12–18, Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine is placed in The Plungeford, inside the Coastal Bonescape area. The machine sits at the top of the stairs of a tall building toward the north of the zone.
From the northern checkpoint you can glide directly to the building where the machine is located. Remember that the machine’s icon only appears on your map when you’re nearby, and its position changes after Borderlands 4’s weekly reset—so check the area again next week.
Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine explained
The Black Market Vending Machine sells only legendary items. These are expensive, but you can buy as many items as you can afford. You may also purchase duplicates of the same item.
Additionally, buying (or simply opening) the machine triggers a cooldown of about 30 minutes when you exit its menu. However, this cooldown applies per machine use and does not prevent your other characters from buying the same items. In short, each of your Vault Hunters can access the machine and see the same offered items.
