How Mods Work in Mecha Break

Mods are special items that you equip to your Striker to change its attributes. They’re only active in Mashmak mode, so keep that in mind! Each mod will boost one stat, but usually comes with a trade-off, lowering another. For example, you might get reduced energy consumption, but it could cost you more energy to jump. It’s all about balancing strengths and weaknesses to fit your playstyle.

Types of Mods

Extraction Missions – The Main Source

During extraction missions, you’ll encounter plenty of enemies. Most of them drop Mod Boxes, so make sure to loot their remains. But here’s the catch: you have to survive and extract using the Extraction Points. Only then do you get to keep everything you picked up. Once you’re out, head to the Inventory tab to open your boxes and see what mods you’ve scored. Each box gives you a random mod matching its tier.

Upgrading Mods via Mod Assembly
