Paimon Joins Among Us — Log In by Oct. 10 to Score a Free Wig, Costume & Nameplate

Paimon from Genshin Impact is officially coming to Among Us, and Innersloth confirmed the crossover on Monday via its website. Innersloth confirmed Monday that the crossover will let players dress up their crewmates as the floating travel companion — in what the studio called the “cutest cosplayer at your Emergency Meetings,” according to Innersloth.

Players must log in between Sept. 10 and Oct. 10 to claim the free items.
The crossover coincides with Genshin Impact’s Version Luna I launch, which adds the new region Nod-Krai and new characters.

What’s included

Among Us players will receive three Genshin-themed cosmetics. Specifically, the free items are a Paimon wig, a Paimon costume, and the Crest of the Best Travel Companion nameplate. These items are delivered directly to a player’s inventory when they meet the login window.

How to claim the cosmetics

To get the Paimon items, simply log into Among Us anytime from Sept. 10 through Oct. 10. After that period, the freebies are no longer available. The process is straightforward: log in, and the three cosmetics should appear in your inventory.

Why now

The Among Us crossover is timed with the launch of Genshin Impact’s Version Luna I update. That update adds the new region Nod-Krai, plus new story quests and new characters: Electro polearm-user Flins, Dendro catalyst-user Lauma, and Hydro claymore-user Aino.

Therefore, the crossover serves as a small tie-in to the larger Genshin update while giving Among Us players a limited-time cosmetic event.
