Marvel Cosmic Invasion Welcomes Beta Ray Bill and Silver Surfer
Marvel Cosmic Invasion, the retro-inspired side-scrolling beat-’em-up from Tribute Games and Dotemu, just got even better. The game now features two powerful cosmic heroes joining the fight: Beta Ray Bill and Silver Surfer. This update expands the roster beyond fan favorites like Captain America, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, and Wolverine.
- New playable characters: Beta Ray Bill and Silver Surfer
- Beta Ray Bill is known as the “best Thor”
- Silver Surfer brings the Power Cosmic to battle
- Star-studded voice cast announced
- Game releasing later this year on multiple platforms
Meet Beta Ray Bill: The Best Thor?
Forget the classic Odinson—Beta Ray Bill is here to steal the spotlight. This horse-faced, cybernetic warrior from the planet Korbinite wields the mighty hammer Stormbreaker. Originally introduced in The Mighty Thor No. 337 by Walt Simonson, Bill even once lifted Mjolnir itself. Fans call him the best Thor, and now you can play as him in Marvel Cosmic Invasion.
Silver Surfer Joins the Fight
Joining Beta Ray Bill is the iconic Silver Surfer, also known as Norrin Radd. Armed with the Power Cosmic and his trusty surfboard, he’s ready to take on Annihilus’ relentless army of space bugs. Notably, this version of Silver Surfer doesn’t appear in Fantastic Four: First Steps, making his inclusion here quite special.
