The “Last Wish” quest becomes available after finishing the main quest called Some Like it Dark. To pick it up, speak with Amelia in the Exiles’ Cave — she’s the woman sitting next to the elderly lady in the lower alcove.

First, travel southeast from the Exiles’ Cave to find Iris and Henry’s house. Climb the ladder to the top of the white annex and break the wood in the window to get inside. The top floor should be clear, but the lower rooms can have zombies, so be cautious before exploring down.

Next, enter the bedroom straight ahead. In the closet on the right is Iris’ safe, but Amelia will tell you the code is likely in Henry’s old store in Old Town. Before you leave, you can optionally place a flower on Henry’s grave, which sits just southwest of the house in front of a large tree.

Go to Henry’s shop, Nate Market, in Old Town. Enter through the small front opening. The shop has zombies, so move quietly and use throwing knives if you want to thin them out. Open the locked door behind the counter, fight a few more zombies, and then read the notebook on the desk to find Iris’ safe code.

After you return to Iris and Henry’s house, you’ll find the safe has been taken. Use your survivor’s sense to track the footprints and follow the road east to a storage building. The front door is locked, but you can climb through a back window.

Be ready for a fight: four human thieves are inside. They’ve moved three safes into the building — two in the southwest corner and one in the northeast corner. Iris’ safe is the left one in the southwest pair. Take the music box from Iris’ safe to complete that part of the quest.
