Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta 3 Join Dragon Ball Sparking Zero — Free Demon World Stage Drops Sept. 24

What the trailer shows
The trailer highlights characters and transformations from the back half of the Dragon Ball Daima anime. Notable appearances include Super Saiyan 4 Goku, King Gomah, and an adult Super Saiyan Vegeta 3.
It also confirms that the new pack includes English voiceovers for these characters, unlike an earlier Daima pack that shipped with only Japanese audio. Conversely, Piccolo and Supreme Kai are *not* included in this character pack, and the trailer indicates that their mini versions won’t be added to Sparking Zero either.
Release dates and early access
The Dragon Ball Daima: Character Pack 2 arrives on Wednesday, Sept. 24. Season pass owners get a 72-hour early access window starting Sunday, Sept. 21.
This pack completes the game’s season pass content, which in total delivered 25 characters and transformations drawn from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and Dragon Ball Daima. Media outlets have asked Bandai Namco whether this signals the end of post-launch support for the game.
New free stage and patch
The trailer reveals a new stage called the First Demon World, which will be free for all players. The stage lets players recreate the final battle against Gomah.
Additionally, a new patch arrives on Sunday alongside the stage, bringing gameplay adjustments and other tweaks. You can find more details in the official patch notes on Bandai Namco’s site: the patch notes page.
Where you can play
Dragon Ball Sparking Zero launched last fall and is available on PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X. The game will arrive on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on Nov. 14.
Players have praised the game overall, while also noting that it is still missing some game modes, costumes, and stages that many were hoping for.
