Finding Bramble Country

Bramble Country Ancient Ruin is located in Bellhop Burb, inside the Forest Layer (SL600). To get there quickly, use fast travel to the village’s tuning fork, then turn left. Have Pauline sing to open the ruin – no special Bananza form needed here, so you can jump straight in when ready.

Collecting All Banandium Gems in Bramble Country

The first and third Banandium Gems in Bramble Country are pretty straightforward. You’ll find the first halfway through the level and the last one right at the end. But the second gem is a bit more hidden and requires some skill and timing to reach.

Here’s how to snag that elusive second gem:

  1. Start the barrel cannon challenge just after the halfway point, after clearing the thorn pillars.
  2. Hop into the first cannon and fire Donkey Kong toward the upper left diagonal barrel.
  3. Repeat the shot, aiming through the stone to the top left.
  4. You’ll spot a stationary barrel at the bottom left, aimed downward. Press ZL to exit the cannon.
  5. Move left to fall into that stationary barrel, which will automatically shoot you toward another lower barrel.
  6. This blasts you back into a hidden room where the second Banandium Gem is waiting.

Once you grab it, the rest of the course is much more linear. The secret room’s cannon will drop you near the end of the challenge. Aim upper left, fire when it’s safe, and smash through the stone pillar to continue. From there, just follow the path to the final gem, with some optional detours if you want extra gold.
